Having lived in many different parts of Sydney, Toni has a good feel for the various subtle shifts in culture & style across the City, and from her own personal experience, certainly understands what it is like to be a Vendor, a Purchaser, a Landlord and a Tenant.
With an eye for market returns, she is regularly improving properties on our client’s behalf, aiming to increase their returns. She is able to draw on her previous role as a Partner of a small Property Development business being responsible for Project Management, managing the Project and People involved, as well as bringing it all in on time & budget.
She thoroughly enjoys dealing with many different types of people on a daily basis, as is reflective through her past involvement with Red Cross and Council based Community Welfare programs, as well as her background in Hospitality, Advertising and Marketing, experience in Function and Event Management, Real Estate Project Co-Ordination and Styling.
Having completed two Diplomas in Fine Arts, majoring Graphic Design and Photography, she finds them to be a valuable foundation in any work she enjoys. Applying this creative logic to the skills required as a Class 1 Licence, combined with qualifications in Small Business & Critical Thinking assist her with everyday problem solving & challenges.
