Merilyn is an experienced strata manager who strives to establish good relationships with her clients and provide an up to date, skilled service.
Merilyn’s professional career started in the field of science. After studying and gaining her BSc Merilyn worked at UNSW in entomological research for close to two decades. In the early 2000s Merilyn made a transition into a new career as co-owner of a small strata management agency operating in Darlinghurst. In 2008, having sold the business to Alldis & Cox, Merilyn spent a few years at the company in administration before returning to management with a portfolio of properties in 2013.
Merilyn has experience with both strata and company title management and her portfolio is divided roughly equally between the two.
